Local Orders (UAE): For orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), please expect delivery within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
International Orders: For international orders, please allow 10 to 12 working days for delivery from the date of order confirmation (order delay will happen whenever are stuck in Custom Deapartment Clearance “Depend on Products”)

International Orders: International orders will also be provided with a tracking number for monitoring the delivery status either you can track via Whatsapp by Massaging us Track Order Number 12345.
Refund Process:

Refund Confirmation: Upon confirming the need for a refund, we will initiate the process. Please allow 15 working days for the refund amount to be credited to your account as per Bank regulation. The refunded amount will exclude any applicable service charges.
Conditions for Refund: Refunds are only processed after confirming the need for a refund with our Customer Service team. Service charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
